How the Screw Collating Machine Works
The screw collating machine automatically completes screw feeding, sorting, plastic strip feeding, pre-pressing, final pressing, and finished collated screw output.
- Screw Feeding and Sorting
Loose screws are fed into the vibration bowl and arranged in the correct direction.
