The plastic strip collated screw assembly machine is designed to accurately assemble screws onto plastic strips at a speed of 1040 screws per minute. After manual coiling, the finished collated screws are ideal for use in plastic strip screw guns, offering smooth and efficient performance. Plastic strip collated screws typically come in two angles—0° and 15°—and the assembly machine can be customized to suit specific production needs.

The plastic strips are made from PE material with excellent toughness, wear and impact resistance, making them highly suitable for demanding work environments. The flexibility of plastic strips ensures that screws are securely attached and that the strip remains continuous, facilitating smooth feeding into the screw gun.
